Refund policy
At Auris Blends, we take pride in the quality of our serum products and strive to ensure our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a comprehensive refund policy to provide peace of mind.
Eligibility for Refunds
To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:
- The product must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.
- The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation email, must be provided.
Non-Refundable Items
Please note that certain items are non-refundable, including:
- Products that have been opened or used.
- Products that are not in their original condition.
- Products purchased on sale or with a discount code.
- Gift cards.
How to Request a Refund
If you meet the above conditions and wish to request a refund, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service team at info@aurisblends.com with your order details and the reason for the refund request.
- Our team will review your request and provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number if your request is approved.
- Securely package the product, including the original packing slip, and clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package.
- Ship the package to the address provided by our customer service team. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Processing Your Refund
Once we receive your returned product, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at info@aurisblends.com with your order details and a description of the issue. We will provide instructions on how to return the product and will send a replacement at no additional cost.
